The Timbaland-produced cut, which features a guest verse from Jay-Z, was dropped on early Monday morning and is the first new music from the singer-turned-actor in over six years.
In an open letter to fans posted on his website, the singer also revealed the title of his forthcoming new album: "The 20/20 Experience." Timberlake wrote that it will be released at some point this year.
